All Saints Ministries
Deacons, Lectors, and Acolytes
These liturgical ministers assist the pastor in leading worship. Deacons compose and offer the Prayers of the People, Lectors read the Word, and both serve at the Altar. Daryl Svensson coordinates this ministry. Acolytes carry torches, the processional crucifix, and, on festival days, incense.
Altar Guild
The Altar Guild prepares the altar and the sacred vessels before all liturgies. Members care for the vessels and linens, and for the worship space generally.
Prayer Board
Near the entrance to the Church, next to the baptistery, stands the prayer board. Your requests for prayer are welcome. Your request will be included in the Prayers of the People on Sunday morning.
Stitching Circle
The Stitching Circle reaches out to those in need of healing and wholeness by knitting prayer shawls which are blessed in the Liturgy and given to those in need of comfort and solace.
Special Occasions
The people of All Saints celebrate the ties that bind our community together at our annual All Saints' Day brunch, Shrove Tuesday pancake supper, simple soup suppers on Wednesdays in Lent, Easter egg hunt and brunch, and the blessing of the animals on the Saturday nearest St. Francis’ Day.
Labyrinth
Constructed by Jacob Bieber for his Eagle Scout project, you can read about the Labyrinth here, and walk the labyrinth any time you're at All Saints.
